REFUND POLICY
PVA Agency offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on all PVA accounts. If you are not satisfied with your PVA accounts for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
To request a refund, please contact us at contact@pvaagency.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund. We will review your request and process your refund as soon as possible.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used to purchase the PVA accounts.
Our refund policy is subject to the following conditions:
- Only PVA accounts that have not been utilized in any way will be refunded.
- Refunds will not be granted for banned or suspended PVA accounts.
- Requests for refunds must be made within 14 days after purchase.
Once a refund has been processed, the PVA accounts will be deactivated and can no longer be used.
